What I do is, pay up all 36 harvesters I am running for 3 days at a time. I hit the power plant, grab what I can, get cash from Crash for the difference. Power/Maintanance each harvester to 3days, and then come back in a few days rinse/repeat. 3days at a time for multiple reasons.

Just as a tip, Legion crafters don't charge the guild for anything, but we also give an assload of resources to our crafters.
