I know why your not getting the paracute outta the planes...because you haven't gone to flight school...you'll have to do it if you do the storyline missionsI beat all the story line missions a couple days ago...I'm total freeroam now, plus races/jumps/hidden packages (gang tags/horseshoes) left to do. Yeah eventually you own your own airstrip and you get a jetpack that spawns there, the jetpack is sooo awsome. Also after you finish you get the Military Jet, a Helicopter, and a WW2 Spitfire. It's fun to hop in the jet and fly over Area 31 and get 5 stars and take out the army planes that come after you and take out the police choppers too. The Jet has heat seeking missles.
