he meant a new guild, dumbo jumbo.we were thinking of making a new guild, ultron, but the plans arent 100 pct finalized yet.

RIS can be made with 80% kinetic and have low encumberance?? ... never seen it

besides my compoisite has 80% kinetic and i can get on the full set of 9 items on unbuffed

Now, it's meh, but I always see RIS armor. Or at least, when I go to Theed, just because there is someone in Theed who always has it on.And, yes, Ael, it's been done. You're better off just buying a Composite, if you're looking for protection, but hey, if you've got the millions to blow, hours to waste, have at it!
