The second controller is nothing like a PS2 controller except in that they both are roughly semi-circular in shape. The Xbox controller is curved more smoothly to fit your hand, and the button layout is more convinient.

I don't see how you can find it uncomfortable, Vauce. You must have big hands or something 'cause alot of people I talk to that have both a PS2 and Xbox prefer the PS2 controller over the Xbox one. The only kind of gameplay genre that I can think of that suits the Xbox controller well is the first-person-shooters, which works pretty well in Halo's case. But then again, the mouse and keyboard blow away all controllers in terms of first-person-shooters in my opinion. 8)
