Guns spawn at certain places...like for Los Santos "tags" you get guns spawning at the Johnson House. I can't remember exactly what you get for the oysters or the horseshoes but it's similar. The best stuff you can get is from the driving/flight/motorbike schools. Get all gold on the flight you get Rustler, Stunt Plane, and a bad ass Helicopter that shoots rockets and such. The bike school you get 3 different motor cycles one of which is the fastest in the game and dosen't spawn anywhere else but there. And with the driving school you get 3 different cars. The driving school is kinda worth it cause the gold car is a car that dosen't spawn anywhere else...at least as far as I know. But the flight school is so worth it. That helicopter is bad ass...
