Erm right Evan.Agreed.I don't see how one console game for $50 is better than 15 PC games for $60, especially considering all the other games you get from people modding the engine. Huh, seems a much better of a deal to go with the console game, if you ask me. :roll:First off its a console game for 24.99 and its not 15 its actually 2 HalfLife and CS and a few OOOOOLD pieces of shit variations of the same game over and over again for 60.Its what floats your boat that counts.A hack infested Halflife and CS or a Non hackable MH.Thank you Des!Kam and Bob = Owned harder than a priest on a playground. 8)Er I never said it was a better deal than MH and who cares if there are hackers, I've only played with one really obvious one once and he was on my team

.As much as I love Monster Hunter, I must say that Half-life 2 is the winner here. If you've tried both, you can speak. Half-life 2 will keep me occupied just by the modifications for over the next 5 years (HL1 did) and if you think crappy mods will come out, then you haven't had the same expirence I've had with HL1. HL2 is amazing, period. Don't get me wrong, MH definatly pwns and I love how it has no monthly cost for being an "RPG", but Half-life 2 will always have more additions and endless possibilites that Monster Hunter just cant compete with. After all, were comparing two totally different games, and two totally different platforms...And Des, as far as the "15 games" Kam was talking about, hes saying that in the near future there will be well over 10 really good modifications (if not total conversions, I mean cmon, atleast over 300 mods are being made!) that TOTALLY change the gameplay or storyline of Half-life 2. Whether it be Natural-Selection with aliens and marines, or a Dragon Ball Z variation with flying people shooting energy beams, there will be some great stuff that won't be "pieces of shit variations of the same game over and over again." Not trying to start a fight or anything, I'm just saying what has happened from my expierence in HL1 and what I believe.
