There's a skeleton there called "corpse of Padme". Open the skeleton and loot "Padme's Diary".Inspect the diary, and it will add a quest to your journal. Something about the Theed librarian being mad. When you go and talk to the librarian, he has new conversation options.He tells you about a senator that came to visit Padme during the Clone Wars. This senator checked out a self-help book but never returned it, and owes a mess of late fees.Go to the Abandoned Rebel base on Dant (you have to be combatant to enter). Talk to Mon Mothma. She denies everything and after the conversation will attack you.She has a red 1h lightsaber that hits for 3k damage. Still, she's only Master Politician so she is CL1 and easy to kill. After she's dead loot the library book from her corpse and return to the librarian.The librarian will tell you about another missing book in the Theed starport reactor room. Go to the ticket droid in the starport and he will warp you to an instanced dungeon.Inside is Darth Maul. Since Obi-Wan cut him in half, he has the robot legs now. He's pretty tough, but he always drops the legs, a deed to his cloaked ship (which is totally invisible and cant be attacked), and a broken meson telescope. Return to the librarian and you also get the "...has ruined Darth Maul's day" badge and a magic library card that can teleport you out of Theed palace.
