CSR's are fuckin douche bags.I got killed on my jedi yesterday and it was really really weird. I was riding away in my friends speeder because i couldnt kill an easy bh because i was smuggler rooted for the 10 minutes that we were fighting. I would get out of it for maybe 2 seconds at the most. Sometimes it would go off and i would be rooted within a half second. Its fucking rediculuous, i went up to him once and got his health down half way with plenty force left, but then he started whore rooting. So my friend picked me up and i got rooted, but i was still moving in the speeder. So we went towards envy and i started lagging out like the speeder just stopped. I was talking in tells and group chat the whole time while lagged out. Then it came back for a minute and it lagged again. Then i couldnt see the driver anymore and it was just me in the passaenger seat. I was still able to talk but was bugged to hell. Then i got a message saying i had been killed, when i couldnt do a fuckin thing about it. If the csrs dont address this im gonna leave a nice post on the jedi forum about their incompetence.

I've had my Jedi incapped 13 times before DBed awhile back and the CSR said its working as intended, when I was only suppose to have 3 incaps before auto death. All I can say is suck up the loss and move on, cause sadly the CSRs just don't understand.

I know a CSR on the flurry server, He told me half of them don't even know how to help you even if they wanted to.

yeah its really sad, i did get a good one a while back when i got stuck in the fence... he was really useful and did a lot to help me, and he only took an hour to respond to my ticket.

Once there was a CSR who found a guy locked in a jail cell on dathomir, and he laughed at the poor player for like 10 minutes before helping.

One time I accidently deleted my perfect 4 gen double bladed saber *LOLZ* and the CSR actually restored it back. Same thing to my Jedi robes, but they almost always restore those anyways. My main point is the CSR responded to my ticket in like 15 minutes...maybe its cause they look at that "item deletion" tickets before some of the others(?) The CSR's have weird operations, period.Heck, I saw this one Jedi that was able to use a lightsaber with full tusken on (but he wasnt, because the tusken helmet was considered armor, and he shouldnt of been able to use his saber) and the CSR said it was working as intended. This guy was acting like a Jedi Tusken at Fort Tusken, scareing off any nooby who came near it... its pretty funny

Oh, has anyone heard about the poor Jedi Padawan who used Saber Throw, and his lightsaber never came back? He was stuck with it "Equipted" but it wasn't actually there, and the CSR said that Saber throw, of course, is working as intended, and that he should wait a few seconds for his lightsaber to come back. The CSR obviously misread the part where he says he tried logging out multiple times, tried equipting other weapons, and finally was killed by a guildy. I wouldn't be suprised if a CSR said that Force Throw actually "Threw" a player around...

Jace, the reason why the CSR probably couldn't help you was that they have no way of knowing if that was what really happened, or if you're just looking to get some free XP.

no, it definitly did happen and there have been multiple instances, it wasnt only me. I talked to a CSR in the chat room and he said it was possible that my xp might be restored, because it has only happened a few times, so i wrote a ticket. Just waiting, dunno it might take a few days.
