well, if anyone cares i found out the inscription;Year 1884 Sestrortsk Weapons Factorymy cousin taught english in siberia for two years and recognized the first word as a city (apparently near St. Petersburg)Now you know, and knowing is half the battle![size=24:b79899a09c]G.I.
