i read from the beginning it wasnt going to be 100% backwards compatible, i think because its a different something or other (lol) but basically there was a type of emulation for xbox gamesi imagine there'll be a list of imcompatible games, but i imagine the majority would be...we'll see :shock:well i was planning on selling my xbox to go toward the system. and im guessing they aren't halting the production of xbox games so if theres a good one....

yeh like, i cant imagine them releasing new xbox games that wouldnt work on the 360, i'd be pretty stupid on their part, especially with some big titles coming out for christmas, half life 2, matrix path of neo, a bunch of others :p look in to it and have a full report on my desk in the morning 8)

you dont need the hardrive for the game to be backwards compatible. only the top sellers will be backwards compatible. (Many Many titles included in this)Its all in the Xbox mag this month or last month - all the Truthful facts on Xbox 360. Games made after november will be compatible with both as long as the developer wants it to be.

you dont need the hardrive for the game to be backwards compatible. everything else sounds good, are you sure aboot this tho?i read one of the selling points to getting the hard drive was so that you could play xbox games cuz you couldn't without it

my beef with this is cause i just KNOW if i trade in my box twoard the 360, there will be 100 awesome games for xbox i want that wont be comp with 360...i dont care about my current games, i think i only own halo 2 and xmen legends 2....and im guessing they will have halo 2 comp.

XBOX - I dont buy microsoft products becuase Bill Gates stole open source from Linux Torvalds and its a mononoploy. plus its big and black and teh only person here who lieks big and balack things hear is Jerry's mom (she drinks a lot of coffee! gross!!!)
