The Witcher

Post by Musashi »

From a thread I created in another forum:Official: http://www.thewitcher.com/Game Trailers: http://www.gametrailers.com/gamepage.php?id=1053It's been a while since I've seen a half decent PC RPG, but this looks very promising. Nice combat system, none linear story, plenty of future outcomes depending on what action you take in the past. In one scenario you have a captured prisoner, you can either set him free, kill him or torture him for information. Depending on what you choose; it can lead to the death or salvation of a love relation. If you wish the save the girl, it can mean the loss of vital information to do with a quest. Sacrifices must be made for the greater good, meaning killing certain people who may or may not be innocent in order to get the results you want.Graphically it's quite stunning, the environments seem large and quite alive. Good mix of physical combat and magic, as well as a decent leveling and experience system.I think this will be a definate buy for the future. Any views?Sub: Favourite PC RPGs?
