They're talking about hte S that he left off the end of adventures that you then put back in.

Yeah. Anyway. I actually played this for the first time today, and it was extremely cool. I played for like 40 minutes before I realized that even ten minutes had passed, then I had to quit. I haven't actually gotten to any of the insanity effects or whatever they are, but I'm hoping to soon.

I forgot the insane meter but I think when it drops the more insanity effects happen. To lose and the insane meter kill a civilan.
