Castlevania Symphony of the Night

Post by Evangelion »

Anyone have this old game? Well, I just found a used copy at EB and heard good things about it so I went ahead and laid down $35!(yeah, for a used copy!!, it's hard to find) Everything was in good condition exept the jewel case. So I brought it home and switched it with a good jewel case from one of my other PS1 games. Then I put it in the PS2 and well, it's alot of fun to play. It's probably the best Castlevania out, even though it came out in 1997. That's because you get to play as Alucard, the son of Dracula and he is also half human and half vampire. And he doesn't use those friggin whip's like all of the other Castlevania's do, he uses a sword and sheild!

PSOne, but there is a Castlevania coming out for PS2. It's 3-D, as opposed to Symphony of the Night's side-scrolling 2-D, but i think it 'll still rock. :P

Yeah ReD, it's called Castlevania Lament of Innocence. And it's also fully 3-D. And the best part of it is that the team who did Symphony are making this one! The game is also set for a November release as far as I know...........
