internet problems

i say cable is faster downstream and dsl is faster upstream... i think downstream is much more useful.

My problems have just begun, i can only access aim since there is a sas proxy on my computer for my isp to fix other, problems, teh only way im on the forums, is at work, and i dotn like to do it there, but you know, where else? the library?
