I have theorized alot about how Peter and Nathan survived and I could only come up with the fact that Peter might have been able to either heal or sheild Nathan from the blast because of his powers. It seems that Nathan believes he is physically scarred in his mind of is he really scarred? IdkAre the badguys all of the 9? Or just the one that is haunting Molly? Now on Hiro, Maybe Hiro is Kensei and the legends he read about were actually his exploits in fuedal Japan. Since he controls time it is feasible because we all know how confusing time travel can be, Grandfather Paradox for example. We will see thou.Also I wonder if Claires soon to be boyfriend can do more then just fly. Also remember that Lindermans power was the ability to heal things, maybe he can heal himself? So whose to say he is truly dead, we never know. The writiers throw some great twists so any theories we may have will prolly be false.

And i think Linderman is really dead, imo.As for badguys, The 9 who are left are still probably evil and of course they are connected to The Company in some way i think, Hiro's dad was part of "The Company" and so was Peter's mom. Molly's villian is just terrorizing her and we apparently is far worse than sylar, but how?
