I didnt know you were doing this kinda stuff!?
Im actually doing the exact same thing. Im taking classes at my college for audio/video production. I got a few movie i have made in a class that I will try and post soon. Anyway, I really liked the film. Like alot of other people have said, nice camera work and i really liked how it went from the bunny doll to someone in an actual bunny suit, nice represention. The music played a nice part in it to, helped give the feeling of the old man remembering the fun he used to have. And yet it sort of made me feel sad for the guy
and then i was happy when he found his bunny
. What did you use to edit it? Final cut? Or are you a PC editor guy? What camera did you use as well? RED lets talk shop

lol sweet outlaw, i didnt know you were floating in this stuff too :pum, shot on Arriflex camera, an SRI with a zoom lens, 12-120mm i believe, though don't quote me on that. Next year we use SRII and prime lenses. I forget the stock right now, if you care, but it was Kodak for sure, 200D i believe. I edited it on Final Cut Pro, we have Macs at the school, so many late nights there. Nothing too fancy for editing, though did some poor-man's rotoscoping (sp) for the "Bunny" title part, so it disappeared when he walked by the title. And a bit of colour correcting to try to separate the two time periods (without being too cheesy with a 'flashback' look - though I'm not sure I succeeded there). Let me know when you get some stuff up, I might add my ACTUAL first movie, lol. this was my first movie with sound, we had some little test films on Bolex cameras without recording any sound.

I use macs at school to. Im probably end up getting one sometime in the distant future when i got the money to invest in one. I gotta head up to my campus on friday and make copies of everything i have made so far in my classes on dvds so i will make a CD with just the video files so i can post them. For a community college we have alot of equipment at our disposal and its REALLY nice to. I also use Final cut, love it
although i hear adobe premier is basically the Exact same damn thing ><. Anyway, the college just bought 3 new panasonic HD camera's that are really nice. Unfortunantly HD is not supposted on youtube (haha, atleast i dont think it is :/) and if i were to post my Videos in HD on the net it would be a huge video file, so why bother :/.

ya you'd have to do some serious converting/compressing. Even mine, which definitely wasn't HD, i had to convert to a smaller format. I think it was like, under 100 MB after converted, still doesn't look too bad though...well, for the file size.

wowowow, excellent excellent job my love. i really really [i'm into double adjectives today, get over it] enjoyed the intro when the text disappeared as he walked by. Overall I thought the movie was quite cute, though the bunny suit creeped me out [as do all abnormally large and proportioned animals do].And the hockey part was hilarious, my favorite...Only in canada.
