everytime i try to copy to the disc it will convert all files, but when it gets about 3% of the copying done it stops and closes the cd. and says cannot copy files to disc. i know this much its not the cd thats the problem. maybe i have a bug or something on my computer

Check for the newest drivers of your burner.You may also want to reinstall your burning software, or try it out on one of the free burning software packages on www.downloads.com.Are you on Windows XP?

yeah
