i like the neutral idea

I like to the Rebel idea, we can only uild walls, turrets and gates for our town if we join a fraction plus it is a hell of a lot easier joining up and getting funds than fighting for them in the mercelous vitural world.On the other hand, we do have a great bunch that I am sure can pull together to be just as sucessful with being nuetral. So I am undecided.
