Speaking of armor, I still don't get the Special Protection and stuff....so say like someone has a chestplate with a base of 64, 73 electricity....then, it is safe to say that Electricity wouldn't work that well against it. But when he gets is sliced, it's bumped up to lets say 80% base. Would then electricity be more effective because it's still at 73%?
