Online gaming is the future, so Nintendo has to make its move to the Net before they lose marketing shizzle (im a ps2 fan man yep) ...I want to see the PSP for myself in real, to see what kind of negative and positive features it has, I'm planning to buy one already...

Online gaming is the futureI think SEGA thought the asme thing when they came up with the Dreamcast.Online gaming may well be the future, but singleplayer offline games are the mainstake of the gaming industries game sales; in the present.

Nowhere.Single player and offline co-op is where its at.Online is nice but it isnt top of the market for consoles. Online play brings on too many "other" issues the developers have to worry about. Lag, patches, etc.Offline games get the full monty from the devs. They get to focus on the game itself instead of the online playing.

crappers, i thought the psp was going to be this sex god.
and the ds really is retarded i think. innovative yes, but... WHY DOESNT NINTENDO JUST SPEND THEIR MONEY MAKING THE NEXT CONSOLE SYSTEM GO ONLINE INSTEAD OF SOME SMALLER VERSION OF N64 WITH 2 SCREENS!my 2 cents. :oNintendos president believes they will do better staying offline, says single player and offline co-op are the big sellers. Nintendo are doing ok, and with the recent success of the DS launch in North America and Japan it kind of shows.I'm happy that Nintendo are taking it slow, rather than concentrating on the console wars; they're dealing with what they have at the moment and trying to make the best of it (rather than creating new hardware constantly, they're making sure they use their current system to its full and having its users experience its maximum potential before moving on. Making money as they do it.). They're pretty much like SEGA was right now, the underdog whilst still creating amazing console products and games. Except they're still in the main game.good fight, and good night. $) *bows to the master*

Little do people know there is a very rare online adapter for the GC. Its used for games like Phantasy Star Online 2 and 3. But none of the main stream nintendo games are compatible.Yeah it seems to me that sony has a small problem with bug when their hard ware is just coming out. as do other companies, but sony is just the worst of the bunch.

It was fun and all, but it's kind of like diablo 1 where all the good people give you good items for free, then you have nothing to do but run around and level up easily.
