No, I got that yesterday 
If it's the thing where the guy just floats forward and there's the timer above him and when it reaches zero the guy is launched higher.During the game that the screenshot is from I got some useless charge thingy from that same girl who you can get the parachute thingy from.The guy started to glow red and every time he hit a booster it said "charging" or something, and when the grabber girl grabbed him he err popped and the girl let go of him. *shrugs*Outlaw, I don't even know what the hell he means here....
