tTHIS CRAP MUST STOP!!!!
It was getting out of hand last night (this morning), it was not just Oren "Skywalker", but two other guys using Luke and Anakin "Skywalker". Both hitting on FoU members, and targeting our members only. This has happened with many other people coming onto the server, some -rukus- guys came on and targeted us and some unknown players (this has been over the last week).Now I know that Tib said we should respect the none FoUs playing rights, and give them a place to play - also that the server may not get used. Well, people coming onto the server should realise what Tib is doing for them and respect the FoU members there for it. I think if this continues, not create more admins, but take outsiders playing rights away from them (giving the password ONLY to wanted players).
ok since all that i typed was instantly erased when the fuckin thing wouldnt load, heres a long story short:both points, cypher and tib's, are good...cyphers plan: more admins would be an easy less rewarding way out of it because with the words "rcon kick padawan" we get instant success... good ONLY if it is way out of handtib's: own the noobers till they cry to their two dads and chemistry sets.. it makes it very fun and rewarding, yet actually takes some effort and should be used more than method 1...BUT THE NUMBER ONE THING TO REMEMBER IS THE WORDS THAT APPEAR WHEN THE SERVER LOADS!!"dishonorable players will NOT be tolerated here!!"
cypher, i do believe that this is the thread you think we deleted. Snapey was probably just doing a bit of housekeeping. Dont b so damn paranoid. As to the trouble yesterday on the server. I wasnt there for the whole thing, that i will admit up front, but after talking to some of the parties involved.....their story is that you struck first blows cypher. Now i dont want to get into a they said, you said, but you must admit cyph that you come onto the server "loaded for bear" so to speak. I have watched you attack others who had saber down ...whether in retaliation or not... i dont know. When i asked around i was told again and again and again that players do not see how fousters can expect players to not kill saber down, when we are constantly guilty of the very same thing. Some have said when they point this out, that they are told that it is a fou server, and fou make the rules and can do whatever they choose. I truely hope that no one has really made such a statement, because that would be very unbecoming of a fouster to say such a thing.Kazr, god knows i love ya man, but last nite, just like cypher, you ran around looking for trouble and ended up finding some. Mostly i stayed out of it, up and until i saw that they were ganging up on u. Like i said, you are a good enough fighter, you can keep up with any of them one on one. When they continued to double up on u, i kicked the one trying to alter your fight with the other. Like cypher, man, it was your impetious conduct which got u into the trouble in the first place. You cant go around killing people who have saber down and then be surprised when they get pissed off and come after you.Zero, the same thing goes for you, in that, last nite i was standing talking to kyo/aka luke skywalker, when u came up and just killed him saber down, totally unprovoked. Man there is simply no excuse for that kind of behavior.The complaint is that the admins arent doing their jobs, but just the opposite is true, fousters arent living up to the rules they want everyone else to abide by. Maybe instead of complaining you could try to set a good example for others and stop being so bullheaded and ready to go kill crazy at the drop of a hat. That would go a long way toward helping the admins enforce the rules.

Tib makes logic.....logic make brain hurt :)now while i know none of these instances with our own members.....i do know that some people get the wrong idea. when they say FoUsters don't follow their own rules, they don't realize that sometimes, we're just saber-down killing our own members just for laughs. either that or we're doing it to people we're friendly with and they get anal about it. if someone sees one FoU member kill another, they think we're not following our own rules. and if they're too dumb to realize we're doing that just for a laugh, oh well. just my take on that part.but we can't just kick on a whim either. Tib made the server public so that others could have a server to come to and enjoy. if we get any assholes that start, own them and remind them of the rules. i'm not alone on this but all the admins monitor the server activity pretty good all around. in most cases, i'd rather use our skill first, teach them a lesson and if they still keep it up, then send them away. i hope i'm making sense.....i'm really tired right now 
Actually chris, that makes perfect sense and added a ripple that i forgot about. God, toofy and i are always killin each other saber down and think nothing of it. You are right, that probably appears to outsiders as if we condone killing saber down. That could well be what some are referring to.............hmmmmm.

Very good points from everyone. As for Oren Skywalker, he asked me about joining ENJ and I tried him out. He was ok skill wise, but I had a feeling that I should keep an eye on him and see his people skills. My new goals for ENJ are to recruit only people that I like as people. Oren Skywalker did not pass my secondary test and won't be making ENJ. As for getting rid of annoying newbs, just distract them with a little free for all. I love a good free for all and most newbs love em. As do I.Finally, that saber down = no fight thing has to work both ways. If you see a newb runnning around with their saber out and they run past you because your saber isnt up, but then as they go past you yank them down with force pull and flip on your saber as you back stab them what are you teaching them??If you're going to fight, turn your fucking saber on. You have to follow your own rules. Force attacks are attack too. Saber down = no fight is a two way system. People may kick you down by accident. They might accidently hit their mouse and saber you. Wait for them to apologize. And of course its really not nessecary to hunt them down. And even if you get in a huge testosterone duel with someone, each accusing the other of starting by killing the other saber down, just stop, take a deep breath, and fucking apologize. It won't kill you. And to be honest, being the bigger man by apoligizing and shit is kinda sexy.One more thing, there is only one thing really that pisses me off more than anything. I cant stand racism. It makes me sick. If some hick calls some newb a "jew" because he attacked saber down, that pisses me off. That is the only thing that makes me want to kick people. The rest of the time a simple vote will work. Only use client kick if you're dealing with someone who is not a newb and is going to try to change names and pull some shit. Client kick has made mistakes, I'm sorry to say and kicked the wrong people.
