As long as the server registers you as having RotW, you should be able to just download it from the launchpad.

If I get positive feedback from Gramps and Hobs on the status of the game, I might also make a return. If only to sell my huge cache of credits.

@ dai: Dude holy... that is very tempting. That lizard thing looks so damn tight! :D But I dunno... this speeder goes hella fast...Status of the Game:I would definetly say that this is not Star Wars Galaxies like I remembered it. This is actually a lot fun, and they fixed a lot of things that were problematic. For instance, now the moves you do are on a timer based system like in World of Warcraft, where the box for your move or ability fills back in after like 5 seconds or whatever. It makes combat a lot more fun too, because you actually feel like you are doing the moves now... I don't know how to explain that. Also, one alarming thing I noticed was that they got rid of the combat queue box... but, it actually makes the game more fun because you have to wait on your attacks and "spells" or abilities instead of just hitting F1 like 100 times to stack them. This puts more focus on the actual battle I felt and really got me into the action. The new player tutorial is perfect for people who have never played before, but word to the wise to anyone here. You should probably not do it. I thought it was enjoyable for the most part, but it dragged on for like 2 hours for me... yeah. This one crafting part was so gay that I eventually just scavenged enough money off of stuff to just buy the damn thing and trade it in. The rest was fun.. .fighting Tuskens and stuff. Also, the icons look AMAZING! The game got completely tidy-ed up. I wouldn't suggest using that new MMORPG Modeless keysetting though.,... I like the classic SWG one where you switch back and forth with the alt... I thought the new version they tried was a wee too much mousework. If you have any more questions just ask me about it, but these were my initial impressions, and I can definetly say that the game is a LOT more fun now.. and not hard to grind at all. You just HAVE to have a group or nothing's going for ya. :D Also - the piloting trainer Waypoints that they send you in the email are bugged ,and if anyone wants the Tatooine trainer (place you have to start in) I could hook you up. :D
