It freezes with me too but I'd still like to try some new maps. And disconnecting or reconnecting doesn't really help cos (at least with my computer) it also freezes whenever u leave the server.same here..
well here is the trick... its annoying as hell but it works...as soon as it says Server changing maps please wait...open the console and hit qit shuts the game off and you can start it up imediatly. i suggest hit ctrl+alt+del before coming back because sometimes it leaves an app of jk2 running it the background... after a few of them on,,, it will cause major app lag. just scroll to bottom of list and select end task... still this is a major pain and i love bespin 24/7 so poo on you
bespin is noted as the perfect map... perfectly boring.... although we have had good and bad memories on this map, i admit it does get so boring that you would rather watch Bravo than go to bespin... THIS IS WHY YOU NEED TO SEND ME TO MAPPING COLLEGE! PILE YOUR BUCKS AT PAYPAL SO WE CAN GET A MAP lmao lmao lmao lol lmao
well, we did switch the map a couple of times today (WoV, Country, TMBJ just to name a couple) and it was really fun :)but why is auto-dl disabled again? i had to go hunt down the WoV map online jk2files.com :/
YES PLEASE TURN ON AUTO DL cuz i deleted shinra mansion a while back, and when the map changed today i was awaiting the auto dl due to the fact that my comp is almost as fast as ardents (which is bitchin fast) and it wouldnt have taken long even if it was 100mb as snape claimed it was lmao
