Ya, Major Zero also doesn't tell you the other reason for the name Snake.("No there is another reason for the name, I'll tell you later when the time is right..")Maybe they meant the whole concept on how he ate snake's in his survival training? Even though that wasn't really later in the game, but I 'spose thats the only time he really talks about Snake's name.

maybe it was a gay thing but man, everything was so tightly knit this time arounda few minor things here and there (like the lack of reason for snake or whatever)i cant wait to play through again

tom does explain why he gave snake the code name "Snake" like at the mid-way though the begining. And was it just me, or did ocelot sound to american. He did not sound russian or w/e he sounded like in the first 2 games.oh guys, a tip for all of you...if you don't have a stragety guide then be aware of this. When you get to The Boss at the very end of the game. Beat her with the MK22. After you do she will drop the best sneaking suit which gives you 100% camoflauge, i do believe, thats what i got 8).

I think the Snake camo is borken, it doesnt give me camo worth crap, mostly 60-70% when aginst the walls, but other camos can get me up to 85%

If Ocelot didn't get his ass whipped everytime he comes into play, he'd actually be uber badass. [spoiler:a0a6e18cfe]I love when he has those 3 guns and only one of them has a single bullet in it, and he's jugglin' em while pulling the trigger. I was like O_O_O_O_O_O[/spoiler:a0a6e18cfe]

did any of you go through mgs 2 and get all the dog tags? i have gotten alot of them and finally got that camo thing so i am invisible the whole game u can turn it on and off that is..
