That's kind of weird... Having organic parts combined with machine. So far, the MGS series has kind of pushed the limits without breaking them on the science fiction realm (The nanomachines are believeable, for example.) But I don't see how Otacon is going to explain to me how they combined organic legs with a machine top (Because so far, mostly every piece of science fiction is explained in a reasonable believeable way). Oh well, I'm sure Hideo will pull something wild together.I'm alone on this, but he needs to throw in more plot twists, almost as much as MGS2 but not so much a mind boggling story. There was only one plot twist in MGS3 that gave me goose bumps: [spoiler:27ded24ae7]Of course, when John recieves his award as Big Boss[/spoiler:27ded24ae7] I had like, 10 of those moments in MGS2. Oh well, like I said, I'm alone in this.

The machine being intergrated with organic substance. It's like artificial hearts, and pacemakers. No telling how it works out, though. Should be quite interesting.
And then Akon was like, Wooohooo! YEEHOOO!
Won't Ocelot be really old now? Like, really really old? He was in his mid 50's to 60's in the last one, wont be he in his.. like.. 80's now?He was probably around 20 in MGS350 or thereabouts, in MGS60 maybe in MGS2?So 80-90 if Snake is now 50-60?I need to replay snake eater and see when le infants de misrables (snake and liquid) born

Also, I remember snake mentioning he was brougth up in diffrent foster homes (might have been Snake Eater I don't remember)

They are all clones of Big Boss. Snake and Liquid were sort of "defects" as you find out in MGS1 but in MGS2 it clearly states that he's the perfect clone. Neither domant (Liquid) or inferior (Snake), he's a perfect mix. I think that's where you might of got your info mixed up and thought they were clones of Snake and Liquid. Also after the credits of MGS1, Ocelot clearly points out that Solidus is the "third one". But anyways, I think Snake in MGS4 may be suffering from the same thing that Solidus had at an earlier age is because he has aged about 10, maybe more years, on the outside. When you see Otacon, he looks different by only like 3 years. This is a guess, but listen to Liquid after he exposes himself in the tanker in MGS2. He makes references like "You're drowning in time." and "Another few years and you'll be another dead clone of the old man." and saying how he'll live on through the arm. It's true that he could mean that since he died, he gets to live on now through the arm. But he probably knew of the "defect". That might of been why they needed Big Boss's remains in MGS1. Remember, Liquid mentioned that he needed to fix a defect.
