What happened to him anyway? I just remember Link sticking his sword to Ganon's head (what a coincidence!). Or actually it was his...nose

*not positive* but i think that once the master sword has punctured ganon, it allows the magic of the sages to seap in and what happened was ganon was locked away thx to the sages magic

Ya well I have never thought they're connected buy go to www.zeldauniverse.com and check out the timeline. It shows a pretty good theory of the Zelda games' connected history O_o And who really cares

It's not so important where Ganon was imprisoned.
