Now I know you don't live in the US, but you can get your pilot license here too but for single engine cessna. Getting a license for a F16 is a bit different and im pretty sure no kids are gonna be flying them.Though I don't know what the laws are like there.

As a first thing, f-16 are probably out of date.And they're reserved strictly for the Air ForceBut flying a Cessna is cool too I guess, so um.. gratz
