The second controller is nothing like a PS2 controller except in that they both are roughly semi-circular in shape. The Xbox controller is curved more smoothly to fit your hand, and the button layout is more convinient.

The Xbox controller is curved more smoothly to fit your hand, and the button layout is more convinient.I don't think it's very convinient when I have to reach all the way to the corner of the controller to press those wierd Black and White buttons or the Start/Select buttons and waste time.Sony's controller design has been established for about 10 years now. I don't see how you can find it uncomfortable, Vauce. You must have big hands or something 'cause alot of people I talk to that have both a PS2 and Xbox prefer the PS2 controller over the Xbox one. The only kind of gameplay genre that I can think of that suits the Xbox controller well is the first-person-shooters, which works pretty well in Halo's case. But then again, the mouse and keyboard blow away all controllers in terms of first-person-shooters in my opinion. 8)
