Ragnarok Online

Ok, I need help....When I install Ragnarok Online, it gives me this message halfway through the installation...Error 1311 Source file not found C:/Documents and Settings/Owner/Local Settings/Temp/Temporary Directory 6 for rag_setup_e.zip/Data1.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.Then there is a Retry button. So I hit that and it says the same thing again. I hit it multiple times and it does the same thing. Does anyone know what is wrong? This is my second time downloading it cause it also did this on the first time that I downloaded it. Anyone know what's wrong?!
