Is it an all around FoU thing to insult anyone that leaves their clan?No reason for Empire to get belittled or any other clan for that matter, to each its own. However, I'll take your word for it and will seek out TruV for the answers I'm looking for.

Other than Desu do you see anyone here insulting you... or TruV?If you read the post on the main page you'll see that no hard feelings went with his leaving, although there is still a lot of uncertainty on the matter which to be honest is none of your business. However if you really can't sleep for not knowing why he left then TruV has an email address or you could always try the Empire forums. No doubt you'd be more welcome there than here.
