Half-Life 2 (Xbox)

So, Half-Life 2 comes out on the Xbox next week. Since it's $50 (which I don't want to spend), I'll probably ask for it for Christmas. But, is it worth it?The Xbox version doesn't come with any extras. It's just the straight-up single-player game. But since my PC would never be able to run Half-Life 2 (well enough to play at least), this would probably be the only way I could play it. It would cost 5 times as much as the Xbox version to update my computer to play Half-Life 2. And I haven't played the original Half-Life at all, but I'm pretty sure my computer could run that game (or I could get it on PS2).

Believe me, it's so much more worth it to just up your PC a bit and get it for PC. YOU CAN'T ENJOY SOURCE MODS ON XBOX GUGUGUGUGU

I would ask for it for Xmas Evan. Its a good game single player only. Half Life 1 I would get as well and give that a go on your PC, it was a good game back when it came out. It would allow you to appreciate the upgraded HL2

It's quite expensive to upgrade, but as mentioned before, you get all the source mods that people come up with.I suppose if you're looking for a fun FPS, then try it out. I can't imagine how awkward it'd be to play with an xbox controller, though.

Yeah, I don't think I play games enough on my PC to warrant a full upgrade. Anyway, I think I'll just get the original for the PC and see how I like that. If I like it a lot, I'll probably just get HL2 on the Xbox. But I can't find it. I tried like 3 stores and none of them have it.
