Oooh fantastic picture!The only thing I'll say is that the light from the fireball takes away too much colour from the characters and doesn't seem to affect their surroundings enough. Just makes it seem ever so slightly out of place, but it's still funky as hell!
personally i think the hadoken should be like....a big ol thing that looks crazy uncontrolable. this looks cool, but an orb with like a circling thing isnt what i think of when i scream HADOKEN!
Down + Diagonal + Right + Punch! :PBUT WHAT IF YOU'RE PLAYER 2 WTFBy the way, Mus. Artwork = Kick ass. But like everyone else said, the hadouken is looking a little on the dull side.
