connection interrupted...

....ive always had wireless internet and its been fine but now since i got this new computer i get connection interrupted every min its really fucking annoying and i get it in all games i try to play so is it my wireless or what is there that i can do...

I'm on a laptop and my router's in the other room, so that's gonna be a pretty long wire....not to mention all the slots are taken up
