Ubuntu

I'm in the middle of putting this on my harddrive to dual boot with Windows.Any one else use this or have any advice before I do get this borked?

So it ended with me wiping my harddrive and losing absolutly everything.Luckily I really didn't have anything that important except I have to go through the hassle of re-installing everything. And I lost loads of music half of which I don't have on cd.

lol do you ever search for a post, i used ubuntu already a long time ago and it's the best OS for a common PC 
if you want to use dual boot, do this:1. split HD in 22. partition first part3. install windows4. partition second part with ubuntu5. install ubuntu6. enjoy dual boot 8) ubuntu's great for linux starters and daily use!
