Can someone teach me to model or does anyone have a link to a tutorial. Im going to try and make me a skin.

How to model... can't help ya. It requires a couple of $5000 programs (granted you could rip them for free) and a lot of training for them.
If you mean skinning, theres a guide right here on this category which I wrote myself.

Figures. Well I was gonna try and make Toad of the Mario Series but I dont want to make him on just any skin if you know what I mean. He is sort of short. Ill try to make a skin with his voice.

Can't make him short on 1.02, but it will work on 1.04.
