Usually there is a readme file in the pk3 with instructions on who to ask to use the textures.

or just make yer own in photoshop or something, it's not THAT hard

Yeah but making a whole bunch is, I mean I made all my signs but only made 1 general purpose texture (for the minigolf astroturf). And I recolored shrooms.
