I don't like the vector effect with my skin... its just a mass of black.. and it looks like i have a mustage lol

Yeah my skin doesn't look as good with it either, It just doesn't look very clean.

it doesnt look like you have a mustashe. it looks like you have a fruit punch stain around your mouth cyph.

If you like the style, but don't like the way it looks unclean. Use the pen tool itself.

I did mine by making my text all white, selecting it all with the magic wand by holding down shift and clicking on each letter, then clickiing on the gradient tool, making my colors orange, to white, to black then dragging it across the text. If done correctly the gradient will only be in what you have selected with the magic wand.

hey at least your skin isnt all black like mine, vector effect makes it look all...... weird
