my view of swg

yes i read a few bad reviews of it, but they were all by noobs who dont know shit. then i read this guy's great reviewO..K. here's the deal. I have played the beta, I have played many betas. They are never anything like the release. Especially something this big. Yes , there will be a few bumps in the road, but the fan base and the game concepts will smooth all this out with time. I have played many mmorpgs. You can't make everyone happy all the time. Everthing has flaws. If you can do better, then lets see it. I play or have played all the biggies out there(mmorpgs). I know this, I have played "a beta" and it beats any mmorpg out there. It's just "a beta" The possibilites of a game like this are really quite scary. You first consider 1) it is already badaxx, 2) the fan base is huge3) the company making it owns the mmorpg world. (please dont even comment if your still playing those other lame-axx mmorpgs that look like a SNES game, yes you know who you are) Next lets address the issues I see in the post. Yes it is pay to play. Imagine that, a company puts millions of dolloars and hours into a project this great and asks us to pay 15.00 a month. My goodness that is like 50 cents a day. For the improvement of this game to continue, money will have to be made, and they can gladly have my 50 cents. I think this game is going to attract a more mature cult like following, which will be nice for a change. Which leads me to this, if you don't like it then don't play it. Don't cry about it and don't flame the ppl who are looking forward to the possibilities this fine game will offer. From what I have seen (basing this on much more expierence than those who have dissed the game, b4 it has even had a chance) This game is going to be the next best thing to sliced bread. Alot of ppl will dis it cuz they cant grasp the concepts behind it. They will buy it a month or 2 from now when its really gaining momentum , come in game and complain that they aren't uber. Then they will blame the game makers, dis us and whine because they didn't install the game and get to be a jedi in one night. Rest assured, they will be phased out , thier money will make us a better game, and they will go on to do the same with some other mmorpg that didn't meet their every expectation. We (the fans and true gamers) will be left with a great crowd and server base, awesome guilds, constant improvements and ppl who know teamwork will define the accomplishments in this game.So flame on all ye flamers. While ya sit home and complain that you couldn't hop in an xwing and take on the death star at release, nor get a star destroyer at the local vendor for a cppl credits while you and the emperor exchange wrinkle treatment tips. Flame on flame on. The rest of ya, I'll see ya in game, you won't be dissapointed. that guy definately has great points
