if any of you smugglin smugs need slicing xp ill make you an ass load of weapon upgrade kits (60 weapon making xp a pop for me anyway) and when i get a factory ill seriously pump out shit for you smugs. (please note, cypher. this actually requires you to be on the same planet as me)

Kind of like the Star Wars version of hacking. You can improve weapons, get mission terminals to give you more money, and open locked containers, among other things.
