Ok thanks.since we've not declared an allied status with VaS, it's probably an enemy come to start trouble with us. Hopefully VaS hasn't been saying false shit about us, being on their side. Not to worry.

Buffy isnt the type of person who starts things like that.I doubt her clan had anything to do with this.I also doubt that the guy had anything to do with the crash, If he really was VaS he probably just came and it crashed by total fluke.but who knows.
