Can they be made yet? I'm really confused. I go to one forums and it says they can be made. I ask some more people and they say that it can't be made yet. So I need some clarity here. And if it can't be made yet, what's the next best rifle?

The T-21 is availavle on other servers, but the resources for it, arent on Radiant yet.

But wy aren't they? I mean its not that hard to just take like 60 mins to place reasources on a server is it?
