i believe the voting was disabled primarily because one vote would get called 70 billion times and no matter how many times it failed, he/she would call the vote again. it just got really annoying.

Ya know it's really sad on HoP, last time a newbie tried to kick Tibby, and well almost everyone voted yes!!! except for me and another one!! :/

i have been vote kicked from saber~Master..... of course what followed was a documentation using NEO-Trace of the kickers Global Location along with local lodging arrangements and gunshops.... oh yeah... i also banned the player and most of his Network.
