I will update it every night before heading to bed.
A nice little program does it all for me so all I have to do is upload it to my host every night which takes 30 seconds :)

thats if you sort the list by kills,
do it by ratio for the person that has killed more than died!

i have 288 kills and 82 deaths thats pretty damn good.
