Rented server cfg done for 1.2

I just uploaded the new cfg and should be a rotation of SD and HQ
HQ = good shit!
kill cam on
team spec only on
auto balance off
All the new ban cvars I have as well and will mail them to RD.
No bunny hopping = Owning all the bunny hopping bitches with ease.
HOP NOW FUCKERS!
