Rented server cfg done for 1.2

I just uploaded the new cfg and should be a rotation of SD and HQHQ = good shit!kill cam onteam spec only onauto balance offAll the new ban cvars I have as well and will mail them to RD.No bunny hopping = Owning all the bunny hopping bitches with ease.HOP NOW FUCKERS!
