Welcome to the first (And probably last) edition of! "Gheed's Game Grumbling" (Pretty gay, aye?) What is it you ask!? Well its a topic to have the public answer some gaming questions and give out ideas of their own! I also might be looking over great wonders in the past. So now that you have some idea of what my crazy mind is thinking...Let the show begin!!!Topics to answer or wonder about:1. MMORPG's, Really worth the time/money?2. World War 2 games! To many of them? Is it right to do this?3. Classic Ressurections, Do they work?Random Question:What top 5 games are you looking forward to?Quite alot of typing if I do say so myself...time for me to give my 2 cents1. To me...MMORPG's are a thing of the past, though I do look forward to Everquest 2, I can assure you that it won't be the best thing out there. MMORPG's have a good habit of stressing people out and causing them to go emotional towards the game, though if I put a year into my charactar and he died, I would cry too. Another thing to keep your eyes up to is the fact that you pay monthly! Eack! It's not right to keep paying for a game! But the worst thing about MMORPG's is how tedious the game is...for example, in Everquest all warriors do is really attack...not many special abilities. 2. Theres WAY to many world war 2 games out in the shelves right now, Call of Duty, Medal of Honor, Battlefield 1942! But to answer the other part of the question...I don't think its right to make a game out of a real situation that caused the lives of many. Though some might say it makes us remember their courage and strength, it really just drags some of us down. But on the flip side...People shouldent feel bad over games.3. Classic Ressurections (Contra, Mario RPG, Metroid, Etc.) they can't compare with the glory of their originals...NEVER! Poll: Its obvious who the winner is...KOOPA TROOPA AND GOOMBA SUCKAS! Keep in mind if you jump on that Koopa Troopa, its shell is still going to be after you like michael jackson is after backstreet boys. And what about the goomba? Well it is easily defeated, but hey it looks sweet!Top 5: 5 - Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles4 - Champions of Norrath3 - Brotherhood of Steel2 - Neo Contra1 - Half-Life 2And now it is time for you, faithful readers, to post your answers/ideas or anything in general really.

Ninja Gaiden is an Xbox exlclusive, Kam.1. In no way are MMORPGs a thing of the past, as multiplayer gaming gets stronger the genre will only grow.2. There are a lot of WW2 games, but who cares? The ones I've played are all good. Is it right to make WW2 games? I don't see what's wrong with it, assuming it is done well. It's like studying WW2 except youg et a clearer picture of what went on.3. Classic ressurections are fine by me, not that I play them on anything but GB. What's wrong with porting them over to newer consoles so you can clean out all of the old consoles lying around? It's a bit different experience, but that doesn't make it bad.Poll: None of those are my favorite characters, but I'll go with Mario and Luigi.Top 5 (in no particular order)1. Ninja Gaiden2. Tenchu: Return From Darkness3. Halo 24. Psychonaughts5.Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow/Half Life 2/Darkwatch (Tie...kind of)

I play FFXI, it's the only mmorpg I have played, so I don't know how it compares to other mmorpg games.1. Doom III (Depends what the computer requirements are)2. Halo 23. Ninja Gaiden and Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow

Well said...someone mentioned FF11 which leads me to say...[/size:f047f34a40]IT SUCKS[/size:f047f34a40]The controls alone are terrible and black mages arent that great, and all their spells are the same :\ Another question is if I should do another one of these another day!

1. Meh, I got sick of MMPORG's way the hell back when I played Ultima Online, waste of time really. Eventually it becomes pointless, and the only option is to start over. I need some online RPG's that are fun, not just frustrating. I don't want to level build ever again, FFXI fucks it up because you absolutely have to be in a party.2. Blah blah blah, too many WW2 games? Play something else then you cocka. Just wait for the wave of Vietnam games to come in.3. Classics? Have you play The windwaker? Metroid? Super Mario Sunshine? Castlevania? How about the upcoming Ninja Gaiden?Top 5ers5. Metal Gear: Twin Snakes (5 because its a remake, and because its soon)4. Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles (I'm getting it monday.)3. Halo 2 (Call me a cocka but it will be good, don't hold your breath though, its november at the earliest.2. Um... Uhh... shit... how about Metal Gear Solid 31. Final Fantasy 12yeah fuck you, its a cheap list.Whats with a lot of people picking games that are already out on their 5?Oh and by the way, don't scroo with Mario and Yoshi, that beech breaths fire and flies! ... and ground stomps...
