Fate of the Unwanted

i have the mymap.bsp, mymap.map, mymap.lin (whatever the hell that is) and mymap.arena, and i have my levelshot....how the hell do i get my map to show up in the map list in the create server menu? I have it in a pk3 file and everything using the template provided by RichDiesal's tutorial. Now what?

Think you need to load up any map (like bespin) then use the console command to switch to yours... eg 'map mymap' or 'devmap mymap' if you want cheats on. 8)

Who said anything about cheats...i don't see it in map listing at all...but it'll load that way too... /map mymap or in YOUR case Snapey Poo /devmap mymap....either way it's in a pk3 and ready for ppl to check out whenever ur ready snape hun. It's not the hive, but am still working on that...that's gonna take a while.

juggy you might have messed up on the .arena. make sure you have the {'s a }'s in it

Well for those of you who don't know my map is done and on the site. Theyre are a couple of things (textures) that are kinda fuxxored, but anyone who thinks they have a good idea feel free to fool around with it and see what you can do texture wise. Just lemmie know if you find a way to change it around a little. Also i know alot of you out there know how to put the music into a map, which is something i can't figure out to save my life. So if anyone who has some free time on they're hands want's to download the song Ain't Yo Bidness by ICP and put it in the map. I will give you my first born.

WOOT JUGGAY i will put MUSIK in the map for you! gimme that sucker of a .map file and ill add music and maybe even re texture the missing spots for you.. now what was bacta again?
