Many, many times, people have said to me, "LittleWask, you sure are smart and suave. Can you tell me why that Tib guy is always farting and shaking his wrinkly, shriveled penis at me?"How many times have I heard this question? I can't count in the TRILLIONS! But seriously, I finally have the answer.The answer is:*Drumroll*He's old.Really old.So old, in fact, that one day I was talking to him, and he started telling me a story...
