PLEASE READ: E-mail from the frontline... It's Shadow!

Hey mano, this is {FoU}Shadow over in Iraq. We got a chance to send e-mails for the first time since i was stationed in kuwait and i wanted to update you guys on my status. Im part of the 1st Brigade - 30th Infantry Division, the guys who are fighting for Nasisrya. After our regiment captured the Hospital that was serving as a base for the iraqis they moved us back to refill our ranks. We lost some people south of the city on a bridge. They were dressed up as civilains and attacked a convoy coming over. I have only seen action in the city so far and looks like theres much more too go. Many of them are surrendering, but we are under constant fire while inside the city. This might be the only message i get to send because they want to move us up into the city to capture it, moving me away from the comm. units on the outskirts. After this city, Baghdad is eminent, and I want to bid you all fare well for now, or atleast until we are moved back in exchange for another platoon. I met some british soldiers who really seemed to want a peice of Saddams head and I bid them good luck. Wish me luck and have fun while im gone. Dont send a message back to this adress because nobody will be there to retrieve it. I wrote this on a sheet of paper and a tech will type it up and send under my e-mail i think. If not then know it is me.
